The Larder House, a wonderful resturant setting the Dorset county alight with its artisan foods feels passionately about the origins of their produce and decided to see if there was anything in the doctrine that bio-dynamic wines are better than wines not produced in this way.
They conducted an experiment with their customers and our Gareth Maxwell was on hand to record events.
