Owned by the very talented winemaker Jean-Paul Dubost and produced from a collection of vineyards inherited from other family members. These richly concentrated 'Cru' Beaujolais of Domaine Dubost reflect the distinct vineyard character and potential of Beaujolais. From Brouilly, the 'Bruyere vineyard' is planted on a combination of mineral rich granite and schist soils which influence the wines complexity. The Morgan from 'la Ballofiere' comes from bush vines grown on granite soils, whilst the Fleurie is on lighter soils. His wines are listed on the most of the top gastronomic restaurants in Burgundy.
