What we are drinking at the moment?
Whenever we add new wines to our portfolio, there are some serious tasting sessions going on as the wines are put through their paces by the team.
Recent entry point wine additions in the form of Arena Negra wines from Chile were tasted and rated by the team for quality and value and came out with good ratings.
We have added three new wines to the RIvetto range from Piedmont. A fantastic white Nascetta 'Matire' and two stunning reds Dolcetto d'Alba 'Ercolino' and Barbera d'Alba 'Lirano Soprano'.
We sometimes revisit wines that we havent tasted for a while and do a comparative tasting with other brands of similar ilk. This not only helps is keep on top of measuring the quality of our wines when new vintages arrive, but keeps us on our toes with other wines in the market place and how our wines measure up. Needless to say, we are very happy with our selection.
